Long-Term DisabilityAssurant Employee Benefits' flexible Voluntary LTD coverage protects an employee's income, family, and quality of life in the event a covered person becomes disabled.

  • An easy quote process; no census necessary for most groups of less than 500 lives.
  • An employer choice of either a three- or six-month qualifying period.
  • An employer choice of benefit integration - 70% all sources plan or Full Family Social Security Benefits as a direct offset (FFD). (With the FFD plan, the employer may also choose to add one or both of the Value Options.)
  • An employee choice of $100 units from a minimum election of $500, up to 60% of income to a maximum of $5,000 per month.
