Assurant Employee Benefits Appoints David Hoxworth as a Voluntary Worksite Benefits Representative

Assurant Employee Benefits, a leading national provider of disability, life and dental coverages based in Kansas City, Mo., announces the appointment of David Hoxworth as a voluntary worksite benefits representative based in Phoenix.

Prior to joining Assurant Employee Benefits, Hoxworth was employed as a district sales manager with Colonial Life and Accident Insurance. He also has previous experience as an independent insurance agent with Argonne Agency and as an insurance agent with MetLife Auto and Home.

Hoxworth holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Washington.
