Assurant Employee Benefits out-performs disability industry in producer experience
Recent research conducted by JHA, a leader in disability reinsurance, consulting and research, has revealed that brokers who write disability insurance with Assurant Employee Benefits rate their overall experience with the carrier significantly ahead of industry averages.
Assurant Employee Benefits received significantly higher than average ratings on the following measures:
- Overall experience with the carrier
- Timeliness of proposal submissions
Four factors drive the perception of being easy to work with, which contributes to a producer’s rating for overall experience. These include overall account management, attentive sales representatives, efficient handling of any issues that may arise and easy case installation.
In addition, Assurant Employee Benefits’ Net Promoter Score was also above the industry average. The Net Promoter Score indicates how likely a producer would be to recommend a carrier to a colleague or friend.
