Employee benefits plan administrators are highly satisfied with Assurant Employee Benefits, ranking the organization first in several categories in a recent study conducted by LIMRA, a leading insurance industry research organization.
According to the research, plan administrators with Assurant Employee Benefits group coverages ranked the business first among group carriers in the following areas:
- Overall satisfaction with the carrier*
- Providing service that exceeds expectations*
- Being easy to do business with*
- Likely to recommend the carrier to a benefit manager at another company*
Among voluntary/worksite carriers, Assurant Employee Benefits ranked first in the percentage of policyholders who have greater interest in obtaining a proposal for additional coverage compared to last year.
