Assurant Employee Benefits exceeds industry averages in employer satisfaction with disability insurance
Recent research conducted by JHA, a leader in disability reinsurance, consulting and research, revealed that satisfaction levels among employer groups with Assurant Employee Benefits disability insurance significantly exceeded industry averages.
According to the study, policyholders surveyed ranked Assurant Employee Benefits significantly higher than average in five different areas when considering their group disability insurance experience. The areas included:
- Overall satisfaction with carrier as a provider of disability insurance
- Product that meets a company’s needs
- Provides timely customer service
- Satisfaction with overall handling of LTD claims
- Timeliness of LTD claim decisions
