Franks to Lead Nashville/Memphis Sales Offices for Assurant Employee Benefits
New sales manager brings more than a decade of experience to Tennessee
NASHVILLE – Assurant Employee Benefits has named Alan Franks sales manager for the Nashville/Memphis Group Sales Offices.
Franks joined Assurant Employee Benefits more than 10 years ago as a senior sales representative. He also was an employee benefits broker for a time before returning to the company in June 2006. As sales manager, Franks will be responsible for Tennessee, Arkansas and northern Mississippi.
"Small businesses in this region need specialized benefits in order to attract and retain skilled and dedicated employees," Franks said. "I will work with all Tennessee sales representatives to build awareness in both the business and the brokerage communities that Assurant Employee Benefits has the products and services to meet those needs."
Franks is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Ala. He resides in Nashville with his wife, Pat, and their three children: Ashlee, Tyler and Anna Kate.
