Philadelphia Sales Manager Wins National Sales Award
Scott Dillon fuels growth for organization
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — (April 23, 2007) — Assurant Employee Benefits has announced its Coach of the Year award winner, local sales manager Scott Dillon.
The Coach of the Year award acknowledges a sales manager whose office has the largest percentage of sales representatives achieving greater than 100 percent of sales goals. The Coach of the Year award is the most prestigious award that can be won by a sales manager, and it speaks to Dillon's dedication to sales representative development.

Dillon has been with the company for nine years. He manages six sales representatives whose territories encompass north- and southeastern Pennsylvania from State College to Williamsport to Philadelphia, Pa
The award-recipient resides in Newton Square, Pa., and is a graduate of Villanova University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is not only recognized for his coaching abilities within the office, but he also coaches his daughter's fifth grade little league team in Radnor township.
