Seattle/Portland Sales Office Earns Multiple National Awards
Sales office and Larry Meitl honored by Assurant Employee Benefits
SEATTLE – Assurant Employee Benefits has honored the Seattle/Portland Group Sales Office and Larry Meitl with multiple awards for their outstanding performance in 2005.
The Seattle/Portland Group Sales Office won the Office of the Year Award for the fourth consecutive year. The rankings are based on office sales goal achievement and premium renewals.
"The Seattle/Portland Group Sales Office won this award because of its ability to work together and provide excellent customer service," said Marc Warrington, senior vice president of sales. "Each person in the office is an integral part of this team and contributed to achieve this award."
Larry Meitl, now vice president of sales but previously sales manager, won the Sales Representative Development Leader award. Meitl was one of two recipients nationwide of this award. He received the award by achieving the highest sales improvement percentages for offices with seven or more sales representatives.
"Larry has proven that the Seattle/Portland Group Sales Office is determined to not only hit its goals but to exceed them and continue to improve each year," said Warrington. "He has represented his office and Assurant Employee Benefits well with his dedication and knowledge."
Meitl has been with Assurant Employee Benefits for over 15 years. He currently lives in Seattle. Meitl and the Seattle/Portland Group Sales Office will receive their awards at the company's President's Conference later this month.
