Philadelphia Group Sales Office Earns Multiple National Awards
Assurant Employee Benefits honors Lisa Margiotti and Scott Dillon
PHILADELPHIA - Assurant Employee Benefits has recognized two individuals from the Philadelphia Group Sales Office for their outstanding performances in 2005.
Lisa Margiotti, senior sales representative, was one of four recipients of the Senior Vice President's Award. Margiotti sold the most employee-paid disability coverages of any sales representative to win the award.
Scott Dillon, sales manager in Philadelphia, won the company's newest award for 2005. The Managing Leader Award is given to the individual who hit the top level of representative goal achievement. Four out of five sales representatives in Philadelphia hit their sales goals.
"Both Lisa and Scott represent the Philadelphia Group Sales Office well and show the office's high level of commitment to our customers," said Marc Warrington, senior vice president of sales. "They have demonstrated extensive knowledge of insurance products and exceptional customer service, and have set an example of excellence for years to come."
Margiotti has been with Assurant Employee Benefits for over three years and currently lives in Philadelphia. Dillon has been with Assurant Employee Benefits for nearly 10 years. He currently lives in Newtown Square, Penn. Margiotti and Dillon received their awards at the President's Conference late last month.
