Knutson to Lead Sales Office for Assurant Employee Benefits
New sales manager brings nine years of experience to Seattle/Portland office
SEATTLE - Assurant Employee Benefits has named Luke Knutson sales manager for the Seattle/Portland Group Sales Offices.
Knutson joined Assurant Employee Benefits in November 2000. Since then Knutson has worked his way up from sales representative to senior account executive to his current position as sales manager.
In addition to qualifying for each of the company's President's Conferences since 2002, Knutson was a significant contributor to the Seattle/Portland Group Sales Offices winning the Office of the Year award for four straight years. Knutson was also named the MVP Sales Representative of the Year in 2004.
As sales manager, Knutson will be responsible for Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.

Knutson received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. He and his wife, Nowelle, have a three-year old daughter, Aria, and a newborn baby boy, Blue. In his spare time, Knutson enjoys spending time with his family as well as outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking. Knutson and his family make their home in Seattle.
