Boston Sales Representative Earns National Award
Assurant Employee Benefits Names Damian Bonaventura Rookie of the Year
BOSTON - Assurant Employee Benefits has recognized sales representative Damian Bonaventura from the Boston Group Sales Office as Rookie of the Year for submitting the most new business premium.
"Damian follows in the footsteps of some very successful sales representatives in receiving this award," said Marc Warrington, senior vice president of sales. "He has really stepped up since joining Assurant Employee Benefits and we are very proud of his success."
To qualify, rookies must be in their first full calendar year selling with the company and have less than two years' experience in insurance sales. Bonaventura joined the company in October 2003 and started selling for the company in April 2004. He currently lives in Sutton, Mass.
Bonaventura accepted his award at the company's President's Conference late last month.
