National Sales Award Earned by Nashville Senior Sales Executive
Assurant Employee Benefits honors Darwin Holt for exceptional achievement
NASHVILLE – Assurant Employee Benefits has recognized Senior Sales Executive Darwin Holt in the Nashville Group Sales Office with the Voluntary Sales Leader Award for excellence in sales performance in 2004.
“Darwin's mastery of the partnership approach to employee benefits is the foundation of his success,” said Chris Calos, senior vice president for distribution. “That approach requires our salespeople to develop expertise not just in our products and services, but in their customers' businesses so they can serve as problem-solving employee benefits consultants.”
Voluntary Sales Leader Awards are presented to sales representatives who submitted $2 million in sales or 150 percent of their sales goal. Voluntary products are sold to companies that provide them to employees as part of a compensation package.
In 2004, Holt submitted more than $2.5 million in voluntary product sales. He lives in Goodlettsville, Tenn.
