New York Sales Rep Earns Top Awards
Assurant Employee Benefits honors Jason Jaworoski for outstanding achievement
NEW YORK – Assurant Employee Benefits has recognized Jason Jaworoski with two prestigious national awards for superior sales performance in 2004. Jaworoski, sales representative in the New York Group Sales Office, earned both the Rookie of the Year Award and the True Group Sales Leader Award.
“Jason Jaworoski's immediate success in his first full year with the company can be attributed to his partnership approach to serving companies and their employees,” said Chris Calos, senior vice president for distribution. “That approach requires our salespeople to develop expertise not just in our products and services, but in their customers' businesses so they can serve as problem-solving employee benefits consultants.”
The Rookie of the Year Award recognizes outstanding performance by sales representatives who are relatively new to the industry. Jaworoski, in his first year working in insurance sales, earned the award by submitting more than $3.4 million in new business premium during 2004.
He also earned the True Group Sales Leader Award. True Group Sales Leader Awards are presented to sales representatives who achieved $3 million in sales or 150 percent of their sales goal. True Group products are sold to companies that provide them to employees as part of a compensation package.
“I am truly honored by these awards,” Jaworoski said. “While they recognize the success of one individual, they represent the efforts of many, including our entire staff in the New York Group Sales Office and underwriting teams. Great things happen when you work with great people, and this is the proof.”
