Daniele tapped to lead Los Angeles sales office of Fortis Benefits
Insurance veteran to direct staff of professionals serving six counties
LOS ANGELES – Drew Daniele has been named sales manager of the Los Angeles Group Sales Office of Fortis Benefits Insurance Co. The Los Angeles office has one of the most extensive territories in the Fortis Benefits network, including five counties in California and Las Vegas County in Nevada.
“Drew quickly demonstrated the talent to lead one of our largest offices,” Fortis Benefits Regional Vice President Fred Cook said. “His knowledge of the industry, ability to cement relationships with brokers and peers alike, his commitment to integrity, and vision for the L.A. office were key factors to this appointment.”
Daniele boasts 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined the Fortis Benefits Los Angeles office as a senior voluntary sales representative in October 2002. Before joining Fortis Benefits, he worked at Canada Life Assurance Company, where he was district sales manager, sales manager and senior group consultant. He also has had sales experience at Unum in Los Angeles. Daniele is a graduate of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va.
