To determine the network you are in please refer to your enrollment information or your ID card for a plan or provider network logo that will assist you with your search below. You may also contact your Human Resource representative for the plan information.
Preferred Provider (PPO) Plans
Your Dental Health Alliance, L.L.C.® (DHA®) PPO network is supplemented with the dentists from the Aetna Dental Access network. This online provider search will automatically include the dentists from all the PPO networks available for your plan that meet your search criteria.
