Network plans

To determine the network you are in please refer to your enrollment information or your ID card for a plan or provider network logo that will assist you with your search below. You may also contact your Human Resource representative for the plan information.

Preferred Provider (PPO) Plans

Your Dental Health Alliance, L.L.C.^® (DHA^®) PPO network is supplemented with the dentists from the Aetna Dental Access network. This online provider search will automatically include the dentists from all the PPO networks available for your plan that meet your search criteria.

DentiCare includes plans such as the Elite, Preferred, Premier, Advantage, Deluxe, 98V, and State of Tennessee

Georgia Prepaid*
Georgia Prepaid includes plans such as the Select and Plus for Georgia

United Dental Care
United Dental Care includes plans such as the 105A, 185, 205A, 315, 355, 385, 555, and Omni

CA UDC Prepaid
CA UDC Prepaid includes plans such as Secure and Plus.

DHMO Dental Series
DHMO Dental Series includes plans such as 189 and 225.
