Employee Assistance Program
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employee benefit that offers individual coaching for job performance issues and personal and family problems that may affect employee productivity. Counselors work to improve the employee's mental health, which can increase productivity and reduce disability and medical claims, absenteeism and turnover.
