About Preventive Max Waiver
Preventive Max Waiver encourages good oral health by not applying preventive treatments to the maximum.

With Preventive Max Waiver members get the same coverage for preventive services that they are accustomed to such as exams, cleanings and most x-rays. But the benefit paid doesn’t count toward their annual maximum, essentially giving members more benefit dollars for other costlier procedures they may need.

Preventive Max Waiver is part of our Lifetime of Smiles® program and is available with many of our dental plans. Preventive Max Waiver can also be combined with Family Share Max to offer your clients additional value.

Familiar with Family Share Max?
Family Share Max was designed to help families pool their annual dental maximums. Studies have shown that generally one family member needs more dental care than others. With Family Share Max, family members covered by the plan can pool their maximum dollars and use them for the person that needs them most. This “pooling” decrease out of pocket costs and maximizes benefit dollars. And isn’t now the time when we are all trying to save money anyway we can?
